Meet Veronique

Veronique Causey is a dynamic HR practitioner with over 20 years of experience working in financial services. Her career spans several aspects of human resources including: recruitment, employee training, incentives, benefits and payroll. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University and an advanced HR certification (SHRM-CP).

Veronique began in the branches as a customer service representative where she sharpened her ability to recognize a need and find a solution. Her work ethic and determination opened doors that led her to join the ranks of the administration within a regional bank. During her tenure in the corporate banking training and recruiting department, she recruited for and coordinated the “credit college” for the commercial lending program. Veronique also actively participated in business resource groups to educate colleagues and foster a culture that would increase retention.

At Alexander Legacy Private Wealth Management, Veronique serves as the Vice President, Chief of Staff which includes: planning, developing, and directing the administration of all HR functions. Additionally, Veronique ensures that policies and procedures are properly applied, while complying with US and local laws and requirements.

Her passion for helping children succeed has always been at the forefront. She enjoys volunteering with organizations that have a direct impact on setting children up for success such as: Junior Achievement, The Cornerstone Schools partner program and The Children’s Center.
